THE COURAGEOUS CLASS Q&A: RJ MITTEShare
What message do you want to share with the world?
Stepping out of your comfort zone is important and also helps people change the mindset of how they perceive each other.
How do you LOOK GOOD, FOR GOOD?
What you put out in this world is what you get back, and putting the needs of others ahead of yourself always looks good.
What people and/or events inspired you to do the work that you do today?
My family and friends inspire me every day, but the experiences I’ve had growing up give me the ability to work the way I work today, and push me in the direction I need to be going in.
What advice do you have for people trying courageously to change the world?
Follow your first opinion and never let anyone take who you are and use it against you. Always stand up for what you believe in.
How can others get involved with your community?
You don’t have to follow one of my organizations, but when you work within your community you can find groups that relate to who you are and what you’ve been through. When it’s personal, you can have the biggest impact on your community, and on the world. All I have been working on for the past few years has been my anti-bullying campaign. Everyone can get involved by just being aware of bullying that’s happening around them and tell someone to help change the situation. You can find more info here: http://cutthebull.org/
