Gift Cards

The Kenneth Cole Gift Card can be ordered online and over the phone, for use in retail stores, company stores (outlets) or online. They are sent to any individual with a valid shipping address. The recipient can use the Gift Card number and personal identification number (PIN, found on the back of the card under a scratch-off box) upon receipt to shop both online and at traditional Kenneth Cole New York stores.

Buying a Gift Card:

To make your purchase, simply:

After you purchase a Gift Card:

  • Depending on the shipping method you choose, the actual Gift Card will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Redeeming a Gift Card online:

  • Shop online at www.kennethcole.com and select items you wish to purchase.
  • When you're ready to checkout, click "Shopping Bag."
  • Proceed through the checkout.
  • Enter your Gift Card number and unique PIN (codes are case sensitive) from the card on either the Payment page or the Review Your Order page and click "Apply."
  • When making a purchase online at www.kennethcole.com, you may redeem up to 5 Gift Cards per order.
  • Please make sure you hold onto all Gift Cards used in this purchase until your order arrives.

Redeeming a Gift Card at a Kenneth Cole New York Retail or Kenneth Cole New York Company (outlet) store:

At the register, present the Gift Card as you would any other form of payment. The amount you spend will be deducted from your Gift Card balance.

Gift Card Balance

Checking the balance of your Gift Card is easy. You can check the balance remaining on your Gift Card at any Kenneth Cole New York Retail or Kenneth Cole New York Company (outlet) store or by calling a Client Services Specialist at 1 800 KEN COLE. When you call, be sure to have your Gift Card number and PIN in front of you.

Rules and Regulations for Gift Cards:

  • Gift Cards must be redeemed through Kenneth Cole New York Retail or Kenneth Cole New York Company (outlet) stores or www.kennethcole.com.
  • You cannot purchase a Gift Card with another Gift Card or a gift certificate.
  • If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
  • If the amount of your Gift Card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card account for future use.
  • Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards.
  • When making a purchase online at www.kennethcole.com, you may redeem up to 5 Gift Cards per order.
  • Please make sure you hold onto all Gift Cards used in this purchase until your order arrives.
  • If you have any additional questions, please contact our Client Services Center at 1 800 KEN COLE.
  • No sales tax is charged when buying Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax if shipped to addresses in the states indicated here.
  • Any item(s) returned that were originally purchased with a Gift Card will be refunded with a new Gift Card.
