The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone.
You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation. You will be billed for items purchased with a gift card or gift certificate upon order confirmation.
