Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on www.kennethcole.com or at 1 800 KEN COLE and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2 pm EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Standard Shipping and Handling is available within the 48 contiguous states only (Saturday delivery is not available):

• Second Day Flate Rate: $15
• Next Day Flate Rate: $25

Free ground shipping when you spend $125 or more at kennethcole.com and 1 800 KEN COLE only. Shipping offer not valid at Kenneth Cole retail stores or Kenneth Cole Outlet stores. Offer based on merchandise total and does not include taxes or any additional charges. Free ground shipping applies only on the original order and a price adjustment for the free ground shipping is not valid on exchanges. Offer includes any APO/FPO that is US domestic based. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and non-domestic based APO/FPO locations are excluded from the offer. Offer is subject to change without notice. Not valid for cash or cash equivalent. We reserve the right to verify customer billing information which may delay your order. Offer not valid on previously purchased merchandise or in conjunction with any other offer.

• Standard Ground, (3-5 business days)
  Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

• Second Day, (2-3 business days)
  Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

• Overnight, (1-2 business days)
  Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: Orders will be shipped Next Day via UPS. Add an additional $25 to the standard shipping and handling prices above.
  Shipping to Puerto Rico and US Territories: Orders will be shipped via USPS and can be expected to arrive within 3-8 business days of order date.
  Add an additional $12 to the standard shipping and handling prices.
  Shipping to a military address: Orders will be shipped Standard via United States Postal Mail based on the standard shipping and handling prices above.

  Most items may be shipped via UPS Priority, but some restrictions apply. You can expect delivery within 3-8 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to the operator of the website and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from the operator of the website. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that the operator of the website can be reimbursed.
