Is ordering on-line secure?
To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, Kenneth Cole employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption. Once Kenneth Cole receives your order, it is then decoded and processed.

What is your shipping policy?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We adhere strictly to Federal Trade Commission regulations. Regular shipping is determined according to the total dollar value of your order. Fragrance items, apparel spray, and gift cards can only be shipped via Standard Shipping.
Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information.
Standard Shipping and Handling is available within the 48 contiguous states only (Saturday delivery is not available):

What is your tax policy?
Kenneth Cole collects sales or use tax in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington. Certain clothing and footwear items are exempt from tax when delivered to addresses in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
We are required to collect sales or use tax on shipping and handling charges in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.
Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated taxes. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect actual applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We will gladly accept returns of unworn, new merchandise, and defective merchandise purchased from www.kennethcole.com or through 1 800 KENCOLE, within thirty (30) days of original purchase, accompanied by an original receipt. All products should be in unworn condition with original packaging and product tags attached. We will provide either an exchange or a refund. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
Price Adjustment:
We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the purchase, for items purchased from www.kennethcole.com or through 1 800 KENCOLE. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on "final sale" merchandise.
Kenneth Cole Retail stores gladly accept returns of unworn, new merchandise, and defective merchandise, purchased in our retail stores for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase with a receipt.
Returns will be processed using the original tender. A check will be sent by mail for any cash refund exceeding $350.
With a gift receipt, a store credit will be issued or the item exchanged for the original price paid.

Gift Card Policy:
Purchase or use of a Kenneth Cole New York Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the following: card usage only valid at a Kenneth Cole New York Retail or Kenneth Cole Outlet store in the United States, online at kennethcole.com or through 1 800 KEN COLE. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in those states requiring redemption for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the amount reaches zero. After 24 months of non-use, or longer if otherwise required by law of the state in which the card is purchased, a dormancy fee of $2.00 per month will be deducted. No dormancy fee shall be collected in California or anywhere else prohibited by law. How can I return or exchange merchandise?
We will gladly refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment. Please return footwear in the original shoebox and return all other items with the original tags and price tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item:
- Return your items according to the Return Instructions.
- Contact Client Services at 1 800 KENCOLE to place a new order for the replacement items you wish to receive.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise shipped from our warehouse at any Kenneth Cole New York retail location or company store (outlet).
All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt. If the item is purchased using a Gift Card, you will be issued a new Kenneth Cole Gift Card for credit once the item is returned or exchanged.
All Items purchased from the Kenneth Cole Sale or Clearance Sections are Final Sale items and therefore are not returnable, refundable, or eligible for exchange. All Final Sale items are denoted as such in red in the product detail listings.

How can I return merchandise for repair?
We stand behind our merchandise and will gladly assist you with any repairs. To have an item repaired, we will need for you to send us the item to inspect so that we may determine if there is an imperfection. Please note the instructions below when sending us your merchandise.
Merchandise must be sent via Certified Mail with Return Receipt through your local Post Office (insure when applicable). Our research has shown that this is the most cost effective method available and ensures that it reaches the Client Services Department at Kenneth Cole. We request that you do not mail through a business account as your product may be misdirected to another department here and impede our efforts to service you quickly and efficiently. Include in the package a note with your name, address, daytime telephone number, and a brief description of the problem you are having. Please mail your package to:

If the product is deemed defective and repair is possible, we will repair the product free of charge and make every effort to return it to you within 4-6 weeks.
If repair is not possible, a replacement order or a gift card for the current selling price will be issued. If the request does not qualify for repair, the item will be returned.
If the item is not deemed defective and repair is possible, we will contact you to discuss the charges and obtain payment information, and will make every effort to return the product to you within 4-6 weeks.
