I wanted this bag for almost 2 years before I purchased it, when I finally had enough money. I purchased it August 2012 as a birthday present to myself. I used it for about a month or so, and then I retired it to use another bag that I purchased. When I went to use it again, I found the lining was torn at the stitching, which is something that has never happened to me with any of my other bags before. I am so disappointed! I contacted customer service to see if they can repair it, not sure what they will be able to do, they did say they would repair it, but We'll see.
Another one that should be changed the black bags should not have black lining, it is so hard to see things inside!

Went into the store to see if they had this bag in another color, looked down and the area where the shoulder strap is attached is coming apart - could fall off at any time. I don't wear the shoulder strap very often, only when I need both hands to do something. Also the zipper leather is wearing out. Luckily the store says they have found me a bag replacement in the same color. Gosh, I've had cheap handbags wear longer than this. Love the color & feel of the bag and I get many compliments on it. It just needs to be better quality and last at least a couple of years, especially with the investment made to have this bag. KC - please review your makers and hold yourself to a higher standard. I have a Dooney & Bourke bag that is 6 years old and shows no wear at all, except it could be a little dirty.

I bought this in Philly last year. My long strap also broke right off. So disappointed. The bag is a beautiful eggplant color that will be hard to replace. Maybe It can be repaired?

Bought my black no slouch in NY two years ago and it is still going strong! Love the design, the quality leather. So pleased KC now ships to Australia!

This was one of my favorite bags next to my LV. My husband brought it in the Gray color, only had the bag two months I wore it to pieces. The strap broke while shopping very embarrassing... I was sooooooo disappointant. I think I am done with KC bags... ):
