These are great looking shoes, but the heel broke within one week of wear!!
I am a big fan of Kenneth Cole shoes and loved how this pair looked, but was very disappointed when the heel broke. I was even more surprised to find out that other people had the same problem with this model shoe. Is this a design flaw?

Very cute, but the heel broke off the 2nd time I wore it. Very disappointed. I paid way too much for these shoes to only be able to wear them twice. I am going to contact customer service to see if they will replace.
