These boots are gorgeous, but it's the luck of the draw. I got one boot where the hair was perfect and the other the hair I noticed was in different directions and maybe a little rougher, but didn't think much of it UNTIL only after two wears the hair started to bald! I've learned that the direction of hair needs to be properly placed on a shoe and if the hair feels course or super short don't even buy it. It WILL bald and FAST! I tried to get KC to send me a new pair, but they needed to see if they could fix it first. Which of course I told them was not possible. What are they going to do... hair replacement??? By the time they decided I was correct my size was out and I am no longer a happy or satisfied customer with KC.

Stunning boots but poorly constructed. Like the previous reviewer I coud barely stand in them, let alone walk in them. I wear 5 inches heels every single day so I'm an expert. Those were just impossible to wear.
I had to return them.
