This ain't got no alibi
- Irregular Fit
- Casual Wear
Comments about Kenneth Cole New York Short-Sleeve Cotton-Linen Polo:
I work in a business casual office, so a lot of my wardrobe dresses up or down and can work with slacks and jeans. I thought that this would fit that bill, but I was wrong. I thought this would also be comfortable breathable fabric since it was a cotton linen blend, but I found it to be heavy clinging and hot. There is a strange feel to the fabric like it is coated with some strange substance. It even smelled odd.
This shirt also looks sloppy, and ugly. I understand that the irregular dying was intentional, but they really didn't pull it off. It is U-G-L-Y ugly! The blue one is even worse.
A more universal problem accross KC clothing in recent years is that their sizing is a dice roll. I normally wear XL, and with KC I was in good shape ordering clothing of that size most of the time with the occasional need to get XXL. The last few orders XLs have fit small, but any time I order an XL it's like wearing a circus tent. If this is one of the brands where I have to go a size larger, fine, but there needs to be improved consistency in their sizing. And yes, I pay attention to slim-fit versus regular fit when ordering.
