2 Is ordering on-line secure?
To guarantee that your order is secure and to protect your privacy, KCP employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) utilizing 128 bit encryption. Once KCP receives your order, it is then decoded and processed.

3 What is your shipping policy?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an out-of-stock condition does occur, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date. We adhere strictly to Federal Trade Commission regulations. Regular shipping is determined according to the total dollar value of your order. Fragrance items, apparel spray, and gift cards can only be shipped via Standard Shipping.

Orders may be delayed because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information. Occasionally, we have to locate Catalog and/or Internet merchandise through one of our Retail store locations to fill your order. This may also delay shipment of your order.

Currently, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii: Orders will be shipped Next Day via DHL. Add an additional $22 to the standard shipping and handling prices above.

Shipping to Puerto Rico: Orders will be shipped Next Day via DHL. Add an additional $12 to the standard shipping and handling prices above.

Shipping to a military address: Orders will be shipped Standard via United States Postal Mail based on the standard shipping and handling prices above.

Shipping outside the USA: Canadian orders are notified via e-mail of the cost of Shipping and Handling (S&H). Once acceptance of the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international courier. Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on Canadian orders. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Kenneth Cole collects sales or use tax in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Washington DC. Certain clothing and footwear items are exempt from tax when delivered to addresses in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

We are required to collect sales or use tax on shipping and handling charges in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia Washington and Washington DC.

Please note that on-screen order totals reflect estimated taxes. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect actual applicable state and local taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped.

12 What is your return/exchange policy?
We will gladly accept unworn or unused merchandise purchased from a Kenneth Cole New York Retail store, kennethcole.com or through 1.800.kencole, within thirty (30) days of original purchase, accompanied by an original Kenneth Cole New York receipt. All products should be in unworn condition with original packaging and product tags attached. We will provide either an exchange or a refund. All refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (credit card or cash). Cash refunds are limited to $350 at store level. Refunds in excess of $350.00 will be refunded by mail check within 14 days from time of return.

Gift receipts are available in Kenneth Cole New York and Kenneth Cole Company stores only.

Gift Cards are final sale and redeemable for merchandise only. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.

13 How can I return or exchange merchandise?
We will gladly refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment. Please return footwear in the original shoebox and return all other items with the original tags and price tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

Merchandise that was shipped to you from a Retail Store must be shipped directly back to that store. Enclosed in your order is a return label and instructions on how to process a return back to the store.

To return or exchange merchandise on items shipped from our warehouse, please fill out the information requested on the package slip, enclose it with your merchandise and send to the following address:

You may also return or exchange merchandise shipped from our warehouse to any Kenneth Cole New York retail location. Please retain a copy of your shipping confirmation e-mail as this must be presented at the retail location in order to process a return or exchange. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. Returns and exchanges will be processed upon receipt. If the item is purchased using a Gift Card, you will be issued a new Kenneth Cole Gift Card for credit once the item is returned or exchanged.

14 How can I return merchandise for repair?
We stand behind our merchandise and will gladly assist you with any repairs. To have an item repaired, we will need for you to send us the item to inspect so that we may determine its defect. Please note the instructions below when sending us your merchandise.

Merchandise must be sent via Certified Mail with Return Receipt through your local Post Office (insure when applicable). Our research has shown that this is the most cost effective method available and ensures that it reaches the Consumer Relations Department at Kenneth Cole. We request that you do not mail through a business account as your product may be misdirected to another department here and impede our efforts to service you quickly and efficiently. Include in the package a note with your name, address, daytime telephone number, and a brief description of the problem you are having. Please mail your package to:

If the product is deemed defective and repair is possible, we will repair the product free of charge and make every effort to return it to you within 4-6 weeks.

If the item is not deemed defective and repair is possible, we will contact you to discuss the charges and obtain payment information, and will make every effort to return the product to you within 4-6 weeks.

If repair is not possible, a replacement order or a gift card for the current selling price will be issued. If the request does not qualify for repair, the item will be returned.
