Extended Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made from November 25, 2015 through December 25, 2015 are eligible for our extended Holiday Return Policy. We will gladly accept these items if returned or exchanged by January 31, 2016.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Different shipping methods are available depending on the items purchased and the location to which the items will be delivered. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method chosen and the value of the order; total costs are automatically computed at checkout.
Orders of $125.00 or more qualify for domestic free ground shipping. Your order value must be $125.00 or more after discounts are applied and before taxes. Only valid on ground orders shipped within the continental United States.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2 p.m. ET or it will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information. Shipping rates are subject to change.
You will not be billed for items purchased until the items have shipped. Orders are shipped only on business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Same Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery in select zip codes within Manhattan, NY. The shipping cost for same day delivery is $15.00 and all orders will be delivered by Postmates. You can expect your order to arrive within two to four hours. This delivery option is available daily between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Some exclusions will apply. We reserve the right to discontinue the same day delivery option at any time.
PO & APO/FPO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Most items shipped to PO Boxes will be sent via UPS Priority but some restrictions may apply.
Most items shipped to Military APO/FPO Addresses will be sent via USPS Priority.
You can expect delivery within 3-8 business days.
30-Day Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns of new and unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date, accompanied with the original receipt. All products should be in pristine condition with products tags attached and in the original packaging, whenever possible.
We offer free returns, so please use the pre-paid shipping label to ensure you do not incur additional charges. We do not offer free returns or provide shipping labels for international orders due to customs regulations.
Our stores accept online returns; however, they must be shipped to our Returns Processing Center before they can be credited. Please allow 10-12 days after the return date for the refund to be credited to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in pristine condition or are returned after 30 days.
We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the purchase, for items purchased from kennethcole.com or through 1-800-KEN-COLE (1-800-536-2653) Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Kenneth Cole Retail and Outlet stores gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on "final sale" merchandise.
If you receive an item that was damaged upon arrival, please immediately call client services at 1-800-KEN-COLE (1-800-536-2653) or email firstname.lastname@example.org with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We encourage you to contact client service prior to returning the damaged item so that we can assist with the return process and work to get you a replacement item.
We are happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction.
A refund for your returned items will be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase. The credit to your account is predicated by your banking institution. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the date of return for your account to be credited.
Gift Card Policy
Purchase or use of a Kenneth Cole New York Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the following: card usage only valid at a Kenneth Cole New York Retail or Kenneth Cole Outlet store in the United States, online at kennethcole.com or through 1-800-KEN-COLE (1-800-536-2653). Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in those states requiring redemption for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the amount reaches zero. After 24 months of non-use, or longer if otherwise required by law of the state in which the card is purchased, a dormancy fee of $2.00 per month will be deducted. No dormancy fee shall be collected in California or anywhere else prohibited by law.
