Theo was the lead singer in the all-woman, punk rock and heavy metal band called the Lunachicks. Over 10 years the band successfully released six albums.

Theo currently plays with her latest band Theo and The Skyscrapers but her talents don't end there. She's been working as a model and an actress, with minor roles in movies such as Bringing out the Dead, In the Cut and Tadpole, and she's about to launch a makeup line, Armour, with her friend and business partner, Allison Burns. Theo also regularly DJs at various Manhattan hotspots, such as Don Hill's.

Theo was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and still resides there with her husband, Sean Pierce.
