We foster diverse perspectives to inspire innovation, achieve operational excellence, and deliver a best-in-class brand experience.
OUR KEY PRIORITIES
We ensure leadership demonstrates its commitment and accountability for modeling behavior that advances diversity and inclusion.
We cultivate, promote, and support an inclusive culture that maximizes the talent, skills, and diversity within our Company.
We build and maintain a diverse workforce by identifying, attracting, and retaining diverse qualified candidates through targeted outreach recruitment and selection.
THE DEFINITIONS THAT DEFINE US ALL
DIVERSITY is “who we are.”
Appreciating individual differences and similarities
(e.g., personality, learning styles, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender or other affiliations).
EQUITY is “what we do.”
Providing access and opportunities for the advancement of everyone within the organization.
INCLUSION is “what we learn.”
The collective knowledge and ongoing commitment to cultivate and promote an inclusive culture within the company.
DIVERSITY IS NOT UNCOMMON TO US.
We have always supported diversity in our runway shows, marketing messages, and advertising campaigns in the hope we can help increase acceptance and tolerance. “Civil Liberties” has been one of our brand pillars for many years, and we have spearheaded diverse initiatives to raise awareness in support of equal rights for all.

WE CONTINUE TO EDUCATE OURSELVES.
We have set up Affinity Groups and a Diversity Council to create a productive feedback loop and ensure all opinions and issues are not only heard, but also addressed.
The groups will be encouraged to meet regularly, so a healthy and open dialogue will increasingly become a seamless part of our corporate culture.
Black History Month 2020
MLK DAY OF SERVICE
In keeping with our Company’s agenda of driving social justice, we recognized Friday, January 15th as an official Day of Service to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and his life’s dedication to the service of others. We gave our associates the opportunity to use the day to reflect and learn by joining a talk by Dr. Sarah Vinson from The Steve Fund – the nation’s only organization focused on supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of young people of color. Here is a link to a recent report they put out which includes recommendations on how employers can support the emotional well-being of young professionals of color.
A NOBLE CALLING
We had a company-wide interactive videoconference meeting with the inspiring Lynda R. Williams, President of NOBLE (National Organization of Black Law Enforcement). She told us her life story and all of the great work NOBLE are doing in our society, and a lively Q&A session yielded an informative discussion. The event was moderated by Tony Jeffreys, Founder and CEO of The Way Forward.
“IMPACT” FOR OUR INDUSTRY
We’re partnering with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) to join IMPACT, a comprehensive initiative to identify, connect, support, and nurture Black and Brown creatives and professionals in fashion. Part of this program involves joining the Creatively platform. This jobs platform, with a growing community of 100,000+ individuals, is an invaluable resource for our talent recruiting needs and focuses on creating immediate opportunities for Black and Brown creatives, increasing their access to job opportunities from top brands.
