Shipping/Handling Methods and Costs

Different shipping methods  are available depending on the items purchased and the location to which the items will be delivered.

Shipping/handling costs are based on the products in your cart,  shipping method chosen, and the value of the order. 

The costs below are a guide for an average order.  Total costs are automatically computed at checkout. 

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping & handling in the 48 contiguous United States.  Free Shipping with a total pre-tax, pre-shipping, post discount merchandise purchase of $100. 

If you choose to upgrade your shipping for faster delivery, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12 p.m. ET or it will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders may be delayed for up to 48 hours because we reserve the right to verify billing and/or shipping information. Shipping rates are subject to change.

Orders are shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

For Colorado Residents: Starting July 1, 2022 there will be a delivery fee of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. The $0.27 fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods for delivery by motor vehicle to Colorado consumers. Click here to learn more.

PO & APO/FPO Boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 


Fragrance can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Only ground shipping is available.  If you have a fragrance item as part of your order, the entire cart is only eligible for ground shipping. 


30-Day Return Policy

Items purchased from Kenneth Cole’s online store ( are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of shipment. Returns received after 30 days from the shipment date will not be accepted. Merchandise must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached and all original packaging included. Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels. 

Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale items may not be returned.

Once a return arrives at our warehouse, it can take 10 to 14 business days to receive, inspect, and process it. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.  Return fees are $10.00/item  if you choose to use our Prepaid Return Shipping Label service.

Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order.

How to make a return?

Request a Return

For mail-in returns, please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre- addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense. Kenneth Cole is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Please note, you will only be notified once your return has been completely processed, not when it is delivered to our fulfillment center.

Once your returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and processed, an email confirmation will be sent out with your return/refund information. Please note, refunds generally take 3-5 business days to reflect in an account once it is issued, based on your financial institution.

Price Adjustments

We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 10 days of the purchase, for items purchased from . Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Final Sale

We do not accept returns or exchanges on "final sale" merchandise.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that was damaged upon arrival, please immediately email with a clear photo of the damage and your order number. We encourage you to contact client service prior to returning the damaged item so that we can assist with the return process and work to get you a replacement item.

We are happy to assist you in any way we can to ensure your satisfaction.


A refund for your returned items will be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase. The credit to your account is predicated by your banking institution. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the date of return for your account to be credited.

Gift Card Policy

Purchase or use of a Kenneth Cole New York Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the following: card usage only valid at a Kenneth Cole New York Retail or Kenneth Cole Outlet store in the United States, online at Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in those states requiring redemption for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Purchases will be deducted from the card until the amount reaches zero. After 24 months of non-use, or longer if otherwise required by law of the state in which the card is purchased, a dormancy fee of $2.00 per month will be deducted. Kenneth Cole is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). By ordering goods from Kenneth Cole, I hereby authorize Landmark Trade Services., an approved customs broker in CREDITS, to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA to obtain release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return merchandise to Kenneth Cole, and electronically submit refund claims on my behalf. Under the CREDITS program, I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Kenneth Cole. Further, I also authorize Landmark Trade Services., to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Kenneth Cole can be reimbursed.
