Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2–3 business days.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (pre-tax, after discounts) within the contiguous U.S.
Delivery times vary by selected shipping method:
  • Standard: 4–7 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days
Please note: orders placed after 12 PM ET may be processed the next business day.
At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Yes. Certain items, such as fragrance, can only be shipped via ground within the contiguous U.S.

Return & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unworn, unused, and include original tags and packaging.
We offer a prepaid return label for a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is processed, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact customer service immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement.
Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 10 days of purchase.

Payment & Gift Cards

We accept all major credit cards and gift cards issued by Kenneth Cole.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards do not expire, but inactivity fees may apply after extended periods where permitted by law.

Product Care

We recommend following the care instructions listed on the garment label. In general:
  • Machine wash cold with like colors
  • Use gentle cycles when possible
  • Lay flat or hang to dry to maintain shape
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Use protective sprays for leather or suede
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water or direct heat
For delicate materials (such as knits, silks, or embellished items):
  • Hand wash or use a delicate cycle
  • Use mild detergent
  • Air dry only
We recommend avoiding tumble drying when possible, as heat can damage fabrics and alter fit. Air drying is best for longevity.
