A powerful collaboration of brilliant minds and big hearts, all with a united agenda: make mental health care accessible and acceptable; make the unquantifiable measurable and treatable; and make everyone, everywhere understand that it's OK to not feel OK.

Through our additional partnerships with some of the most popular tech platforms, over 550,000 Americans now, for the first time, value the importance of their mental health and openly declare their willingness to seek support. Specifically, people's opinions about stigma were changed measurably, allowing life-changing resources to be significantly more accessible and scalable.

A robust META case study of our recent campaigns found a significant increase in people's understanding of their own emotional well-being and increased their willingness to find the vital resources they needed. The study showed that for every dollar spent, we changed how 2 people perceive mental health conditions and reached 63 other people with life-saving resources. For example, with just $10,000 we changed the perceptions of almost 20,000 people and reached 630,000 people with the resources they needed.

Through our combined passion, application, execution, and reach, we will continue to open people's minds, expand their horizons, and in turn, save lives.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, LIBERATION production companies, theater management, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, distributors, officers, directors, governors, and employees, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each such employee, are not eligible to enter or win. Entrants must have Instagram and/or other applicable social media accounts in good standing. Void where prohibited by law.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on January 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 15, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by completing ALL of the following steps:

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing the social media requirements, send a hand-written postcard with your full name, complete address, telephone number, date of birth, and email address to: Kenneth Cole x LIBERATION Broadway Sweepstakes, 511 W 21st Street, New York, NY 10011. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by January 20, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person.

Entry Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On or about January 16, 2026, three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated agent. Potential winners will be notified via the applicable social media platform or by email within three (3) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. PRIZES

Grand Prizes (3): Each winner will receive:

· Two (2) tickets to see LIBERATION on Broadway at the James Earl Jones Theatre; and

· One (1) $100 gift card for kennethcole.com

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500 per prize package ($400 for tickets + $100 gift card). Total ARV of all prizes: $1,500.

Prize Details and Restrictions:

· Winners may select from available performance dates and times, subject to availability

· BLACKOUT DATES: No tickets will be available for performances from January 29, 2026, through February 1, 2026

· Transportation, accommodations, meals, parking, and any other expenses not specifically mentioned are not included and are the sole responsibility of winners

· Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the James Earl Jones Theatre and Telecharge

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. WINNER VERIFICATION

Each potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and a Publicity Release, where permitted by law, within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

9. TAX OBLIGATIONS

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of their prize.

10. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION

By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of personal information for administration of this Sweepstakes and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at here: https://www.kennethcole.com/pages/privacy-policy. Email addresses collected will be added to Kenneth Cole's mailing list unless participants opt out.

11. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or engages in unsportsmanlike or disruptive behavior. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. 13. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
