We accept returns within 30 days of shipment. Items must be unworn, unused, and include original tags and packaging.
We provide a prepaid return label for a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is processed, refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please contact customer service immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement.
Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items within 10 days of purchase.
